KIM INGLIS, BCOM, CIM, PFP, FCSI, AIFP Kim obtained her Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Victoria. Her entrepreneurial spirit drew her to the financial services industry and Canaccord, where she worked in the U.S. trading department before becoming an Investment Advisor & Portfolio Manager. Kim is a founding partner of the Reynolds Inglis Group. She specializes in conservative wealth management and financial planning. Kim holds her Canadian Investment Manager (CIM), Personal Financial Planner (PFP), and Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIFP) accreditation, adding to the strategic expertise she offers high net-worth clients. She also holds her Fellow of CSI (FCSI), a designation granted to financial services professionals who have met the highest standards for education, ethics, and experience. Kim is known for her logical investing philosophy; her ability to simplify difficult financial concepts, making them easy to understand; and for her steadfast commitment to making a positive difference in clients’ lives. A winner of the Five Star Wealth Management Award, Kim's an industry leader. Kim is a contributing columnist for the National Post and Financial Post. She's also the regular financial columnist for Business In Vancouver and several community newspapers across Canada. Her writing has been featured in the Vancouver Sun, Vancouver Province, Ottawa Citizen, Calgary Herald, Edmonton Journal, Saskatoon Star Phoenix, Regina Leader-Post, Windsor Star, Montreal Gazette, and Victoria Times Colonist. Kim strongly believes in giving back and actively contributes to the community. She is a past President of the New Stride Thoroughbred Retirement Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to finding adoptive homes for non-competitive and injured Thoroughbred racehorses. She remains actively involved with the organization and sits on the Board of Directors. Kim is also on the Board of Directors of the Rotary Club of Vancouver and regularly participates in sports competition for a number of charities including the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation. Kim is an ardent fan of many sports. She is an avid downhill skier and applies the same enthusiasm to horseback riding. Prior to university Kim was a competitive equestrian and an elite national-level athlete in flat water canoeing. Kim is licensed to serve clients in British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario. |

ROB REYNOLDS Rob attended Purdue University in Indiana on an athletic scholarship. After his studies, he began his career as an entrepreneur in the human resources field. Rob built a very successful personnel agency before selling the company to pursue a career in finance. Rob is a founding partner of the Reynolds Inglis Group and brings a wealth of experience to the team. His strong business background forms the backbone of his portfolio management skills. Rob understands start-up companies and knows what it takes to make them successful. Rob specializes in venture capital development, including company financings and new issues. He also provides advisory services to various publicly listed companies. As a successful entrepreneur, Rob is an indispensible asset to our business clients, helping to grow their companies and transfer wealth. Rob's ties to the community are strong. He was born and raised in Vancouver and has been involved with many of the political campaigns run by his father, the Honorable John D. Reynolds, P.C. Rob is one of several family members successful in the investment industry, including Canaccord Financial CEO Paul Reynolds. Rob is a devoted father of two young children and enjoys spending time with family and friends. Rob is licensed to serve clients in British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario. |

MONICA VINCENT, CFP, FMA, ChP, FCSI Specializing in wealth planning for affluent individuals, Monica has a Business Administration Diploma from Mohawk College, with an emphasis on finance and taxation. Monica also holds her Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Financial Management Advisor (FMA), Chartered Professional, Strategic Wealth (ChP), and Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI) designations. She is completing a Bachelor of Adult Education Degree from Brock University. Monica has been in the financial industry since 1995 as an advisor, a trainer, and a consultant at Edward Jones, CIBC, Great West Life, and Royal Bank. These varied experiences have helped develop her well-rounded knowledge and skills in advanced financial, tax, and estate planning strategies for high net worth clients. She is committed to fully understanding a client's individual situation, in order to create and implement unique solutions for that client. |
